Loving, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Osborne was born November 23, 1925 in Roberts County, Texas. He was a 1943 graduate of Perryton High School. Jack married Nell Northcutt on July 18, 1947 in Perryton. She preceded him in death in 1992. He was a farmer in Roberts County for 50 years. He was a member of the Pampa Masonic Lodge #966 AF & AM, and achieved the rank of Master Mason. Jack was the state director of District 1 of the Texas Farm Bureau from 1974-1981, and in 1998, he received the Texas Farm Bureau Pioneer Award. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Pampa. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, serving during World War II from March of 1944 until May of 1946. SURVIVORS: 1 Son: Scott Osborne & wife Nan of Lubbock. 1 Daughter: Jan Bufkin & husband Wayne of Lubbock. 1 Sister: Dorothy Alspaugh of Lubbock. 1 Brother: Ray Osborne of Perryton. 4 Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren.
