SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Friday, July 13, 2007, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Arvia Willingham, Church of Christ minister, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Tucker was born November 28, 1917 in Wellington. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1939. He married Crystal Noblett on October 29, 1939 in Pampa. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army Air Corps, serving from 1944-1945. He was self employed as a building contractor for 45 years. He was a member of Mary Ellen & Harvester Church of Christ. He was a member of the Perry Lefors Airport Board for 2 years. He was a past member of the Pampa Pilots Association. The love of the Lord and family, as well as flying, were his passions in life.SURVIVORS: 1 Son: Travis J. Tucker & wife Betty Ann of Houston. 6 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Crystal, a daughter Willetta Faye Snider, a sister Bernadine Middleton, and 2 brothers Willie Ray "Bill" Tucker and Edgar Dale Tucker.MEMORIALS: Mary Ellen & Harvester Church of Christ, 1342 Mary Ellen, Pampa, Texas 79065.
