Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Boaz was born May 27, 1966 in Groom. He had lived in Carson and Gray counties most of his life. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He worked for L. T. I. Trucking.SURVIVORS: 2 Daughters: Kayla Boaz and Kambra Boaz, both of Pampa. 2 Sons: Kyle Boaz and Kolton Boaz, both of Pampa. Parents: Oneal and Jean Monk of Pampa. 6 Brothers: David Boaz, Danny Boaz, Ricky Boaz and Gary Boaz, all of Lubbock, Asa Boaz of Pampa and Ronnie Boaz of Ft.Stockton. 1 Sister: Linda Davis of Pampa. 1 Granddaughter.MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity.
