Michael Erickson, pastor of the Zion Lutheran Church, officiating.BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Scott was born September 28, 1921 in Tupelo, Oklahoma. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1945. He was self employed as a painter and paper hanger until his retirement. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army Air Corps, serving with the 29th Bomb Group in Guam and North Africa during World War II. He married Frances Brantley on February 14, 2003. SURVIVORS: Wife: Frances Scott of the home. 2 Granddaughters: Michelle Oviedo & husband Steve of Greeley, Colorado, and Lisa Eldringhoff & husband Randy of Deer Trail, Colorado. Several great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren. 1 Sister: Paula Swain of Colorado Springs, Colorado. 3 Stepdaughters: Floyce Corcoran & husband Tommy and Anita Myers & husband Lee, all of Pampa, and Carolyn Hardesty & husband Steve of Rock Springs, Wyoming. 2 Stepsons: Jimmy Willett of Pampa and his fianc? Donna Mathis of Shattuck, Oklahoma, and Ronald Willett & wife Cassie of Midland. Daughter-in-law: Maxine Massey & husband Roger of Eaton, Colorado. Several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Mary Deane Wilkerson Scott in 1984, 2 sons Jack Michael Scott in 1985 and James Steven Scott in 1996, his second wife Anna Turner Scott, 1 sister and 2 brothers.
