Fred Palmer, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Ward was born July 25, 1955 in Oklahoma City and graduated from Southside High School in Elmer, Oklahoma. He served in the U. S. Air Force immediately following the Vietnam War. He came to Pampa in 1992 from Altus, Oklahoma. He loved his many friends, and he was a giving person. He was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Ward, his father, Bobby Gene Ward, Sr., 2 sisters, Twila Jean Busby and LaDonna Kay Alderson, and by 2 nephews, Elwin Eugene Busby and Melvin Randolph Busby.SURVIVORS: Mother and stepfather: Beverly and Melvin Clark of Pampa; a brother: Rusty Ward of Shreveport, LA; 2 nieces: Lisa JoAnn Busby of Pampa and Brittany Dawn Ward of Shreveport; 1 nephew: Rusty Hunter Ward of Shreveport; and by a stepsister: Mary Canon-Brito of Pampa.MEMORIALS: Muscular Dystrophy Association, 3505 Olsen Blvd., Amarillo, TX 79109 or American Cancer Society, c/o Gerry Caylor, 2130 Charles, Pampa, TX 79065.
