He married Doris Taylor on April 2, 1943 in Pampa. He worked for Fraser Insurance Agency for many years and retired from Culberson-Stowers Chevrolet in 1999. He also worked in the tire business for several years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, the Parlor Sunday School Class, and the Sonshine Club. Chris loved people, and he never met a stranger.SURVIVORS: Wife: Doris Walsh of the home. 3 Daughters: Donna Stephens of Lancaster, Becky Henderson of Yukon, Oklahoma, and Debbie Dalton of McLean. 5 Grandchildren: David Henderson, Stephen Henderson, Christy Pritchett, Tina Anderson, and April Houser; 7 Great-Grandchildren: Curtis Pritchett, Jeremy Pritchett, Austin Pritchett, Kayle Anderson, Aaron Anderson, Logan Houser, and Brayden Houser; 1 Great-Great-Grandchild: Taylor Pritchett.
