SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM Friday, March 23, 2007 at Memory Gardens Mausoleum. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Phillips was born August 22, 1937 in Shamrock. She had been a resident of Pampa for 20 years, moving from Baytown.SURVIVORS: 3 Sons: Roger Kirkland & wife Susan, and Randall Kirkland, all of Pampa, and H. W. Harlan & wife Michele of Clarendon. 1 Daughter-in-Law: Dedee Kirkland-Garza of Victoria. 1 Brother: Truman Gilmore & wife Jeannie of Shamrock. 1 Sister: Dorothy Frost & husband Jack of Murray, Utah. 10 Grandchildren: Debra Kasinger of Greenwood, Indiana, Tabby Kirkland and Donna Kirkland, both of San Marcos, Kody Kirkland and Khristen Kirkland, both of Pampa, Leslie Lemmons of Amarillo, Jacob Harlan of San Antonio, Andrea Coxey, Chris Bruce and Michael Bruce, all of Clarendon. 7 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Terry Harlan, a stillborn infant, a grandson Michael Bryan Harlan and a special friend, Vince Marker. She was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Nathan Gilmore and Bobby Gilmore, and a sister, Donna Fae Cassey.
