She had been a resident of Pampa since 1942. She married Elmer D. Young on November 16, 1947 in Pampa. He preceded her in death on February 12, 1991. She was employed by Citizens Bank & Trust for 34 years, retiring as assistant vice-president. She was a member of Central Baptist Church.SURVIVORS: 1 Son: Larry D. Young of Howardwick. 1 Daughter: Lana Crawford and fiance Doug Moehr of Forgan, OK. 1 Brother: Charles Gurley of Pampa. 1 Sister: Mary F. Stamps of Panhandle. 3 Grandchildren: David Waters & wife Chelsy and Daniel Myers, all of Forgan, OK, and Jeffrey Young of Houston. 2 Great-Grandchildren: Kyler Waters and Alayna Waters, both of Forgan, OK.
