SERVICES: Mr. Moot will lie in state from Saturday, February 10, 2007, until 8:00 PM Monday, February 12, 2007 at the funeral home. Private burial will follow. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Moot was born January 18, 1923. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1944.SURVIVORS: 1 Son: Paul Moot of Cheyenne, Wyoming. 1 Sister: Mary Ann Dickens of Texas.
