SERVICES: 10:00 AM Saturday, February 10, 2007, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel in Pampa, Texas, with Rev. Jim Powell, pastor of Hobart Baptist Church of Pampa, officiating. BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery in Pampa, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Marlar was born March 23, 1909 in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. She married R. F. "Frank" Marlar on August 10, 1929 in Wewoka, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death in 1984. She was a Baptist. She was a homemaker. She loved music and played numerous instruments. She will be missed by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Geraldine Shirley & husband Gene of Bellville. 3 Sons: Donald Marlar of Abilene, Gerald Marlar & wife Jackie of Duncan, Oklahoma, and Bobby Marlar & wife Gloria of Pampa. 13 Grandchildren. 30 Great-Grandchildren, 5 Great-Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 1 sister. MEMORIALS: Hobart Baptist Church, 1100 W. Crawford, Pampa, Texas 79065.
