SERVICES: 10:00 AM Saturday, January 27, 2007, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Rev. Bob Hudson, pastor of the Bible Baptist Church, officiating, with services concluding at the funeral home. BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Mullen was born April 7, 1940 in Roscoe. He married Joyce Helbert on September 4, 1960 in Skellytown. He had been a resident of Pampa for many years, and was retired from the Texas State Highway Department. He was a veteran of the Texas National Guard. SURVIVORS: Wife: Joyce Mullen of the home. 4 Sons: Charlie Mullen of Lefors, Floyd Mullen and Jerry Mullen, both of Pampa, and David Mullen of Odessa. 2 Daughters: Linda Littlefield of Pampa, and Laura Mize of Lawton, Oklahoma. 2 Sisters: Lela Jones of Sweetwater, and Mary Emberlin of Wichita Falls. 13 Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren.Memorials may be made to BSA Hospice, P.O.
