Fines Marchman, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Skellytown, Texas, and Leroy Rutherford, Mrs. Bynum's brother, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery in Pampa, Texas, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Bynum was born August 16, 1939 in Jackson County, Arkansas. She came to Pampa, Texas in 1958. She married Gene Bynum on September 21, 1959. They retired to Louisiana in 1989. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ringgold, Louisiana. She enjoyed gardening and quilting. She recently entered her first quilting contest where she won a blue ribbon for "best in class."SURVIVORS: Husband: Gene Bynum of the home. 2 Daughters: Elizabeth Thrasher of Nixa, Missouri, and Glenna Swanson of Skellytown, Texas. 1 Son: Mickey Bynum of The Colony, Texas. 3 Brothers: Leroy Rutherford of Morrilton, Arkansas, Freddie Paul Rutherford of McCrory, Arkansas, and Junior Rutherford of Bossier, Louisiana. 1 Sister: Ann Rogers of Benton, Arkansas. 6 Grandchildren: Daniel Thrasher, Becky Covalt, Dayla Soto, Paul Swanson, Heaven Swanson, and Tisney Swanson. 3 Great-Grandchildren: Hayden Covalt, Jacob Covalt, and Sunli Soto.
