SERVICES: Vigil services will be at 7:00 PM Sunday, December 17, 2006, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, and funeral mass will be at 10:00 AM Monday, December 18, 2006, at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, with Rev. Francisco Perez, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Portillo was born October 16, 1965 in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1973. She attended Pampa schools and graduated from Amarillo College with an LVN license. She was employed at one time at Coronado Nursing Center and various other facilities. She was always attentive to her patients, and her patients were very grateful of her hard work. She will always be loved and remembered by many. SURVIVORS: 2 Sons: Jay Kelly and Russell Kelly, both of Pampa. Parents: Ramona & Mario Portillo of Pampa. 2 Sisters: Patricia Cabrales and Hermelinda Delatorre. 3 Brothers: Felipe Portillo, Ernesto Portillo and Isidro Portillo. 22 Nieces & Nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter Dora Ivete Kelly, a son, and a brother, David Angel Portillo.
