SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM Friday, December 15, 2006, at First Baptist Church, with Dr. Johnny Funderburg, pastor, and Rev. Carl Novian, associate pastor, officiating. Private burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Langford was born January 31, 1933 in Martin County, Texas. He was a 1951 graduate of Pampa High School where he was senior class president and played football for the Harvesters. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving during the Korean Conflict. He married Jane Brown on April 15, 1960 in Pampa. He was employed by Celanese as an operations specialist for 32 years. He was a member and deacon of the First Baptist Church and was a member of the Everyman's Bible Class.SURVIVORS: Wife: Jane Langford of the home. 2 Sons: Kyle Langford & wife Zoy of Amarillo, and Pat Langford & wife Tammy of Elk City, Oklahoma. 1 Sister: Wanda Shough of Graham. 2 Brothers: John Langford of Graham and Robert Langford of Granbury. 4 Grandsons: Bryce Langford and Shane Langford, both of Amarillo, Zack Langford and Seth Langford, both of Elk City, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents, Minor & Sadie Langford, and a brother, Scott Langford.MEMORIALS: First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 621, Pampa, Texas 79066-0621.
