SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Willard Kiper with the First Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Sparks was born on Sept. 14, 1952 in Big Spring and came to Pampa in 1960. She attended Pampa schools and graduated from Pampa High School. She was a lifelong member of the First Church of the Nazarene. She worked at Furr's Cafeteria and Pampa Nursing Center. She was a homemaker that took care of her family.SURVIVORS: 2 sons: Gary Brawley of Pampa and Chris Brawley of Sayre, OK; 1 daughter: Amy Silva of San Antonio; her father: Alvin King of Pampa; 3 sisters: Donna Anderson, Carolyn Miller, and Debbie Mojica, all of Pampa; 2 brothers: Calvin King of Pampa and Paul King of Lubbock; 4 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Golda King, and by a brother, Alvin King.MEMORIALS: American Diabetes Association.
