Tom Stribling, pastor of First United Methodist Church in Happy, officiating.BURIAL: Mobeetie Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Hogan was born Nov. 6, 1920 in Miami, attended school at the "Little Red Schoolhouse" north of Pampa, and graduated from Pampa High School. He married Louise Almond on June 3, 1945 in Pampa. He was a member and deacon of First Baptist Church of Mobeetie, a Boy Scout leader in Pampa, a member of the old Mobeetie Jail Museum board, and he supported numerous charitable organizations. Mr. Hogan was a rancher in Wheeler County since 1951. Before ranching, he worked for Gulf Oil and Cree and Hoover Drilling Co. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He was an avid sports fan and was a founding member of the "Hoover Hogs."SURVIVORS: Wife: Louise Hogan of the home; 1 son: Robert J. Hogan, Jr. and wife Geniva of Keiser, Arkansas; 1 sister: Martha Parker of McLean; 2 grandsons: Mike Farrell and Joe Farrell, both of Elk City, OK; 3 great grandsons and 1 great granddaughter; 6 nephews, 3 nieces, and a host of great nieces, great nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by a son, Walter Earl Hogan, 2 sisters, Cleo Shannon and Lorita Harlow, a brother, E. W.
