SERVICES: Memorial graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, November 2, 2006, at Fairview Cemetery, with Rev. Carl Novian, associate pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Searl was born August 22, 1945 in Pampa. He had been a resident of California for 17 years, Iowa for 10 years, and returning to Pampa in 2000. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force, serving during the Vietnam War. SURVIVORS: Wife: Marilyn Searl of the home. 1 Brother: Troy Eugene Searl of Pampa. 1 Sister: Cindy Jones of the home. He was preceded in death by a son, William Carter of February 11, 2004; 1 sister, Myrtle Rogers on December 6, 2002; and his parents, Troy & Mona Searl.
