Jim Fox, Vista Care Hospice chaplain of Amarillo, officiating.BURIAL: Miami Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Turner was born July 15, 1933 in Lenora, Oklahoma. She married David Turner on August 11, 1951 in Borger. He preceded her in death on February 23, 1991. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1975. She was an insurance agent with American National Life Insurance Company for 14 years. She was a member of Hobart Baptist Church, the Pampa Chapter #65 Order of the Eastern Star and Epsilon Sigma Alpha sorority. She was a volunteer for the Pampa Meals on Wheels for 25 years.SURVIVORS: 2 Daughters: Linda G. Sober of Miami and Glenda F. Mixon of Pampa. 2 Brothers: Gene Mercer of Seguin and Frank Mercer of Mission. 7 Grandchildren, 8 Great-Grandchildren.
