Norman Rushing, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Miami Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Evans was born Dec. 5, 1928 in Bethany, Oklahoma and resided in the Texas Panhandle most of her adult life. She was a former longtime resident of Miami. She graduated from Amarillo High School and received her associate's degree in nursing from Frank Phillips College. She married Clint Evans on Sept. 25, 1948. She was a member of Coulter Road Baptist Church in Amarillo. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son-in-law, Jay Chisum; and a granddaughter, Jamie Evans.SURVIVORS: Husband: Clint Evans of the home; 2 sons: Jack Evans and wife Jody of Dalhart and Steve Evans and wife Cheryl of Amarillo; 2 daughters: Teresa Helton and husband Cloid of Dallas, and Judy Chisum of Amarillo; 3 sisters, 1 brother, 10 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.MEMORIALS: First Baptist Church, P.
