SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, August 17, 2006, at Fairview Cemetery in Pampa, with Rev. Alan Wilson, pastor of the First Baptist Church of White Deer, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Collis was born April 6, 1915 in Wingo, Kentucky. She had been a resident of White Deer since 1934. She married Loyd Collis on September 9, 1935 in White Deer. He preceded her in death on October 16, 1996. She was a Baptist. She was a member of the Home Demonstration and Council in Carson County for many years. She was a member of the White Deer Art Club, the Daughters of the Pioneers, and a founding member of the White Deer Senior Citizens Center.SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Amber Walker of Pampa. 1 Grandson: Bo Dempsey & wife Lynn of Pampa. 1 Great-Granddaughter: Cami Culpepper & husband Matt of Irving. 1 Great-Great-Granddaughter: Molly Elizabeth Culpepper of Irving. She was preceded in death by a son Bobby Collis, and a daughter Louise Collis.MEMORIALS: St. Ann's Nursing Home, P.O. Box 1179, Panhandle, Texas 79068, the White Deer Senior Citizens Center, 319 S.
