SERVICES: Rosary will be said at 6:00 PM Tuesday, July 25, 2006, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and funeral mass will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 26, 2006, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with Rev. Mieczyslaw Przepiora, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Sacred Heart Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Gordzelik was born January 22, 1944 in Pampa. He had been a lifelong resident of White Deer, graduating from White Deer High School in 1962. He married Violet Wright on May 1, 1965 in White Deer. She preceded him in death on September 21, 2000. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of White Deer and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was a devoted farmer. He held a special place in the hearts of his nieces and nephews and will never be forgotten. He was well respected by his family and friends, and was well known for his honesty and integrity. SURVIVORS: 2 Sisters: Janie Stevens & husband Jerry, and Winona Gordzelik, all of Amarillo. 2 Nieces: Selena Lenz of Amarillo and Kami Wright of Tulsa, Oklahoma. 2 Nephews: Rhett Stevens of Amarillo and Jake Wright of Tulsa, Oklahoma. 2 Great-Nieces: Mary Catherine Lenz of Amarillo and Mackenna Wright of Tulsa, Oklahoma. 2 Great-Nephews: John Paul Lenz of Amarillo and Jonas Wright of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
