SERVICES: 10:30 AM Thursday, July 20, 2006, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Rev. Jeff Taylor, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, officiating.BURIAL: Graveside services will be at 3:00 PM Thursday, July 20, 2006, at the Kelton Cemetery in Kelton, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Richardson was born November 19, 1933 in Wheeler. He was a graduate of Kelton High School in 1952. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1958, moving from Shamrock. He farmed and ranched in Wheeler County for many years, and he retired from IRI in 1995 as a machine shop superintendent after 37 years of service. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving during peacetime. He was preceded in death by his parents, George & Vena Richardson, and a sister, Connie Taylor in 1998.SURVIVORS: 4 Daughters: Kristie Niehaus & husband Robert of Portland, Oregon, Kellye Richardson and Keva Richardson, both of Austin, and Kerri Lafferty & husband Austin of Watonga, Oklahoma. 2 Sisters: Glenda Gaines & husband James of Amarillo, and Sandra Crowder of Chickasha, Oklahoma. 3 Grandchildren: Neely Niehaus of Portland, Oregon, Haynes Lafferty and Reece Lafferty, both of Watonga, Oklahoma. 1 Step-Grandson: Nick Niehaus of Portland, Oregon. 10 Nieces & Nephews.
