SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 27, 2006, at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Lowell Schmidt, pastor of First Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Bowman was born March 21, 1929 in Foster, Oklahoma. Although he was born and raised in Oklahoma, he spent most of his adult life in Pampa. He entered the U. S. Army on Jan. 15, 1951 and was honorably discharged on Oct. 25, 1956. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Inez Raines of Tupelo, Mississippi, his second wife, Laura Enterline of Pampa, his parents, Ernest and Myrtle Bowman, and by 2 brothers, Billy Joe Bowman and David Lee Bowman.SURVIVORS: 3 sons: Johnny Lee Bowman of Pampa, Shane Bowman of Marlow, OK, and Ricky Bowman and wife Gennie of Velma, OK; 3 sisters: Edna Blackburn and Bonnie Young, both of Pampa, and Mary Boortz of Granbury; 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.MEMORIALS: BSA Hospice, P.
