SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 4:00 PM Tuesday, June 20, 2006, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Rev. Carl Novian, associate pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Carver was born March 30, 1919 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1940. She married Fred A. Carver on May 27, 1940 in Canadian. He preceded her in death in 1958. She worked at Bob Clements, Inc. for over 8 years as a tailor. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Pampa. She was a great sister and a fun loving aunt. She had a great sense of humor.SURVIVORS: 1 Sister: Mary Puckett of Pampa. 2 Nieces: Sharon L. Thompson and Naomi Hulme, both of Plano. 3 Great-Nephews: Don Thompson & wife Toni of Waskom, Brian Butler of Glendale, California, and Christopher Puckett of Amarillo. 2 Great-Nieces: Tammy Burdett & husband Steve of Amarillo, and Mary Rush & husband R. J. of Mesa, Arizona. 6 Great-Great-Nephews: Sgt. Jared Thompson & wife Dana of Quantico, Virginia, Kyle Thompson of Waskom, Brent Burdett and Brady Burdett, both of Amarillo, Zachary Bartley and Hunter Rush, both of Mesa, Arizona. 2 Great-Great-Nieces: Lindsey Thompson of Waskom and Brianna Burdett of Amarillo.
