John Wagoner, chaplain of the Craig Retirement Center of Amarillo, officiating.BURIAL: Miami Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Roberts was born August 1, 1911 in Hemphill County on the family ranch. She was reared in Miami, graduating from Miami High School in 1930, and attended West Texas State College for one year. She moved to Shattuck, Oklahoma where she owned and operated Hollywood Dress Shop. She then moved to Woodward, Oklahoma in 1936. She married Harold "Hi" Roberts in 1943 in Taloga, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death in 1993. She and her husband owned and operated Roberts Brothers Sporting Goods and Bowling Alley in Woodward for over 35 years. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Miami. She was an avid golfer and a member of the Municipal Golf Course in Woodward. She had been a resident of Pampa from 1996 until moving to Amarillo in 2002.SURVIVORS: 1 Son: James "Jim" Roberts & wife Julie of Boston, Massachusetts. 1 Daughter: Mary Casey & husband Bob of Seattle, Washington. 1 Brother: Cecil Gill & wife Marie of Miami. 1 Sister-in-Law: Janie Gill of Miami. 3 Grandchildren: Jessica Roberts of La Jolla, California, Dana Harper & husband Chris of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Rob Casey of Seattle, Washington. 1 Great-Granddaughter: Liz Harper of Las Vegas, Nevada. Several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Everett Gill, Slack Gill, Bill Gill and Randall Gill, and 1 sister, Georgia Gill Corse.MEMORIALS: Roberts County Museum, P.O.
