She met W. F. "Bill" Langford while playing basketball, and they married on December 23, 1934 in Grand Saline. He preceded her in death in 1984. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1943, and she worked for the First Baptist Church in the nursery for 48 years, retiring in 1993. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Senior Adult I Sunday School Class.SURVIVORS: 2 Daughters: Rose Tuggle and Gloria Stephens & husband Roy Don, all of Pampa. 1 Sister: Bonnie Kendrick of Granite Bay, California. 5 Grandchildren: Lisa Hornell and Scott Tuggle, both of Amarillo, Lori Barker, Leslee Jewett, and Craig Stephens, all of Pampa. 7 Great-Grandchildren.
