SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday May 24, 2006, at the San Saba Cemetery in San Saba, Texas. Local arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa, and graveside arrangements are under the direction of Howell-Doran Funeral Home of San Saba. BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Patterson was born October 8, 1916 in Llano. She married Sam W. Patterson on February 21, 1941 in Smithville. He preceded her in death in 1999. She was a member of the San Saba Chapter #191 Order of the Eastern Star and the First United Methodist Church of San Saba. She was an avid bridge player and a member of the American Contract Bridge League.SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Mary Jo Fiveash & husband Dwight of Pampa. 1 Sister: Judy Lewis of Atascosa. 1 Brother: John Smith & wife Trudy of Ingram. 1 Sister-in-Law: Mary Jordan of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Many nieces and nephews. Special friends and staff of "The Village" at the Ware Care Center of Amarillo. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe & Edna Smith, and 2 brothers, Richard Smith and Roy T. Smith.MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity.
