He had been a resident of Pampa most of his life. He was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church.SURVIVORS: Wife: Jackie Mallard of Fort Worth. 4 Daughters: Stephanie Mallard, Kendra Mallard, Shantel Mallard and Courtney Mallard, all of Fort Worth. 1 Son: Michael Mallard of Fort Worth. Parents: Robey & Lucille Mallard of Pampa. 1 Sister: Marlene Nibblet of Pampa. 1 Brother: Marvin M. Mallard of Greenville. He was preceded in death by a son, Brandon Young, and a brother, Raymond Mallard.MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity.
