Fines Marchman, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: White Deer Cemetery in White Deer, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Putman was born February 12, 1923 in Honey Grove, Texas. She married B. C. "Pete" Putman on June 24, 1946 in Vernon. He preceded her in death on September 9, 1986. She had been a resident of Skellytown since 1950. She was a homemaker and she owned and operated the Corner Café in Skellytown for 5 years. She was also employed in the cafeteria for the Skellytown Elementary School. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Skellytown and a member of the Texaco Retirees Club.SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Ruth Swearingim of Skellytown. 2 Sons: Terry Putman & wife Susan of Amarillo and Ronny Putman & wife Vicky of Farnsworth. 10 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren, 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Raymond Stanley and Kenneth Putman, 4 brothers, 2 sisters and 1 grandson, Monte Mitchell.MEMORIALS: First Baptist Church of Skellytown.
