SERVICES: 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 7, 2006 in Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Rev. Barry Loving, pastor of First Christian Church, officiating. BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Garrett was born October 9, 1913 in Durham, OK. She married James F. Garrett on November 28, 1935 in Clovis, NM., he died in 1994. She graduated from Pampa High School in 1932. She was owner/operator of the Unique Beauty Shop for 50 years. She was a member of First Christian Church for over 80 years. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Letitia Gantz, 3 brothers: Herman Gantz, Shelby Gantz, and Hallie Gantz. 1 foster sister: Bessie Buckles Jones. SURVIVORS: 1 daughter: Jimma Crossman and husband Gabe of Pampa. 1 Son: Robert Garrett and wife Dianne of Midland. 1 Sister: Josephine Stuebgen of Farmington, NM. 4 Grandchidren: Ken Crossman of Oklahoma City, OK, Shelly Crossman Kelley and husband Tim of Blaine, MN, Jessica Garrett Martin of Huntsville, TX, and Greg Garrett and wife Candy of Midland, TX. 6 Great Grandchildren: Maddison Kelley, Tyler Kelley, Nolan Kelley, Justin Garrett, Jacob Garrett, and Meredith Martin.
