SERVICES: 2:00 PM Thursday, February 23, 2006, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Rev. Charles Lowry, pastor of the Crosspoint Baptist Church, officiating. BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Wylie was born June 9, 1909 in Collins County, Texas, to Thomas & Caroline Wylie. He had been a resident of Pampa for the past 65 years. He was employed by the Pampa Independent School District for many years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church and the International Order of the Oddfellows. He was blessed with three loving wives who all preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his parents, 8 brothers and 2 sisters.SURVIVORS: 1 Stepdaughter: Ruby May Hargrove of Lone Wolf, Oklahoma. 2 Stepgranddaughters and 2 Stepgrandsons. Many loving nieces and nephews.
