Jeff Taylor, pastor, and John Curry, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Duncan was Born November 13, 1906 in the Oklahoma Territory, near Buffalo, to H. P. and Arrah Ellen Price Barnard. She attended schools in Fredrick, graduating from high school in 1924. She joined her family in White Deer and soon married J. Wade Duncan on August 9, 1924. After 72 years of marriage, he preceded her in death in August of 1996. She was a lifelong member of the First United Methodist Church. SURVIVORS: 2 Daughters: Angela Spearman & husband John of Pampa, and Cynthia West & husband Bill D. of Round Rock. 1 Son: Bill Duncan & wife Jenny of Plainview. Grandchildren: John R. Spearman & wife Lisa, Jay Spearman & wife Janis, and Melinda Stowers, all of Pampa, Margaret Horn & husband Steve of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Sarah Houlett & husband Greg of Amarillo, Mark Duncan & wife Diane of St. Elmo, Illinois, Ann Duncan of La Guna Beach, California, Angela Richardson & husband Todd of Cedar Park, Troy West & wife Kammy of Austin, David Hurt & wife Susan of Plainview, and Jeff Hurt & wife Sondra of Carrollton. Great-Grandchildren: Amy Gamblin & husband Kyle, Mindee Ferland & husband Joel, and Ryan Spearman, all of Pampa, Reid Spearman of Laramie, Wyoming, Jared Spearman, Jordan Spearman, Jaclyn Spearman, Lauren Houlett, and Andrew Hurt, all of Lubbock, Celeste Locknane & husband Grady of Fort Worth, Kristen Stowers, Eric Hurt and wife K. J., all of Dallas, Katie Houlett and Colton Houlett of Amarillo, Megan Duncan of St. Elmo, Illinois, Jacob Richardson, Will Richardson, and Kristen Richardson all of Cedar Park, Allison West and Ryan West, both of Austin, Skylar Hurt, Lydia Hurt, Ross Hurt and Duncan Hurt, all of Carrollton. 1 Great-Great-Granddaughter: Tyler Paige Ferland of Pampa. Numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Denice Barnard and H. P. (Buss) Barnard, Jr., and two sisters, Edna Barnard and Elizabeth Thompson.The Duncan family extends it's love and appreciation to her caring angels Irene Estrada, Bobby Howard, Tammy Cheek, Donna Gordy, Stacy Wells, Trish Cave and Alecia Ingersoll.MEMORIALS: First United Methodist Church, Box 1981, Pampa, Texas 79066-1981.
