She married Chester Minor on July 4, 1938 in Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on September 18, 1991. She was a cook for the Pampa Independent School District at Wilson Elementary. She retired from Woolworths. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Loretta Flaherty & husband Kent of Pampa. 1 Son: Charles Minor & wife Joyce of San Antonio. 1 Sister: Elsie Pickard of Borger. 4 Grandchildren: Steve Flaherty of Amarillo, Shelly Brooks of Pampa, Renee Boatman of Mustang, Oklahoma, and Scott Minor of San Antonio. 4 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great-Grandson.
