SERVICES: 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 8, 2006, at the First United Methodist Church, with Rev. Jeff Taylor, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Reece was born December 15, 1912 in Mineola. He married Fay Wilson on September 14, 1938 in Menard. He came to Pampa in 1966 from Big Lake. He worked for Exxon for 43 ½ years, retiring in 1978 as a managing supervisor. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and was a life member of the Big Lake Masonic Lodge. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy during World War II, serving in the South Pacific on the U.S.S. Bladen.SURVIVORS: Wife: Fay Reece of the home. 1 Sister: Edna Milam of Houston. 2 Nieces: Patti Fox and Marilyn Seaman, both of Houston. 3 Nephews: Jim Oliver of Houston, John Wilson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Charles Wilson of George West. MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity.
