SERVICES: Twilight graveside services will be at 5:30 PM Saturday, February 4, 2006, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with David Paulson, son-in-law, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Boyd was born March 26, 1932 in Pampa. She was the granddaughter of Texas panhandle pioneers O. A. & Beatrice Davis. She married George James "Jimmie" Boyd on July 27, 1947. He preceded her in death on September 28, 2003. She was an avid artist, animal lover and writer. She wrote a column for the Pampa News during the 1960's.SURVIVORS: Daughter: Brenda Paulson & husband David of Pampa. Granddaughter: Jennifer Rebecca Paulson of Amarillo. Grandson: Joshua Scott Paulson of Amarillo. Sister: Nancy Wescott of Hart.
