Doug Hixson, pastor, officiating.BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Cook was born September 21, 1925 in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1935, moving from Cassville, Missouri. She worked for Marie Foundation for 11 ½ years, and worked for the Pampa Regional Medical Center for 10 years, retiring on December 21, 1990. She was a lifelong member of the Barrett Baptist Church, which later became Cornerstone Baptist Church. She was an avid fisherman and liked to play dominos and cards with her grandchildren.SURVIVORS: 1 Son: Ernest Frazier & wife Vanita of Pampa. 4 Grandchildren: Roy Frazier & wife Mary, Karen Ascencio & husband Raymond, all of Pampa, Scott Frazier & wife Shawna of Dallas, and Gary Don Frazier & wife Sherrie of Lefors. 6 Great-Grandchildren. 1 Niece: Anna Young & husband Mike of Lefors. 2 Nephews: Jimmy Corley & wife Becky, and Kevin Reece & wife Waunita, all of Pampa. Numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Harold Henson and Charles (June) Henson, and a sister, Elva Lee Sparks.MEMORIALS: Cornerstone Baptist Church Vision Fund, 1304 N. Banks, Pampa, Texas 79065.
