SERVICES: 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 20, 2005, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Rev. Harold Hook, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Canton, Oklahoma, officiating.BURIAL: 3:00 PM Tuesday at Higgins Cemetery in Higgins under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Masonic graveside rites will be courtesy of Higgins Masonic Lodge #82 AF & AM. BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Bybee was born January 25, 1929 in Higgins, Texas. He married Helen Churchman on July 10, 1992 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has been a resident of Pampa since 1997, moving from Higgins. He was owner & operator of Bybee Water Wells, Inc. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Higgins, and of the Higgins Masonic Lodge #82 AF & AM. He was a former Lipscomb County commissioner in Precinct 4 from 1968 until 1982. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force during Korean Conflict. He enjoyed flying and riding motorcycles. SURVIVORS: Wife: Helen Bybee of the home; 2 daughters: Cindy Weese of Lubbock and Darla Cain of Edmond, Oklahoma; a stepson: Tim Churchman of San Antonio; a stepdaughter: Shannon Carter of Tupelo, Mississippi; 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson; and by his aunt, Iva Henderson, of Enid, Oklahoma.MEMORIALS: United Methodist Church of Higgins, 220 N.
