SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM Monday, December 12, 2005, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel in Pampa, with Pastor Paul Nachtigall of the Highland Baptist Church of Pampa, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Billingsley was born February 22, 1939 in Shamrock. He had lived and worked in the Pampa and surrounding areas all of his life. He had been ranch manager for the Ledrick Ranch for 25 years. He was the owner and operator of the 7H Cattle Company.SURVIVORS: Best friend & partner: Katy Wilde. 5 Children: Brad Billingsley & wife Janis of Canyon, Shann Clark of Irving, Kerri Lake & husband Bo and Robin Kelley & husband Cliff, all of Pampa, and Tim Johnson & wife Rene of Woodbury, Minnesota. 1 Brother: Doyal Billingsley & wife Nancy of Amarillo. 1 Sister: Margaret Nix & husband Keg of Clinton, Oklahoma. 7 Grandchildren: Brandon Billingsley, Jacklyn Billingsley, Ashlee Clark, Allie Clark, Justin Lake, Jared Lake, and Kade Morse.
