She married McRoy "Okie" Wright on April 9, 1938 in Spiro, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on April 22, 2003. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1942. She was a member of the Pampa Chapter of the Apostolic Faith, the Pampa Chapter #65 Order of the Eastern Star, and the Pampa Senior Citizens Center. She worked at various businesses in Pampa, including Woolworths, M. E. Moses, Heard-Jones Health Mart, and the Pampa High School cafeteria. SURVIVORS: 1 Son: Windell Wright & wife Linda of Sherman. 2 Daughters: Pauline Cambern & husband Grant of Amarillo, and Helen McGill & husband Bill of Pampa. 1 Brother: Bonny Wright of Borger. 1 Sister: Babe Holt of Claremore, Oklahoma. 7 Grandchildren, 9 Great-Grandchildren.
