SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, October 28, 2005, at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Pampa, Texas, with Glen Walton, minister of the Bell Avenue Church of Christ of Amarillo, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Chandler was born August 3, 1918 in Moore, Oklahoma. She married Melvin Chandler on August 29, 1938 in Sayre, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on October 2, 1997. She had been a resident of Odessa for the past 8 years, moving from Pampa. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mary Ellen & Harvester Church of Christ of Pampa.SURVIVORS: 3 Daughters: Pat Lauen of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Pari Brown of Redding, California, and Johnnie Kitchens of Odessa. 2 Sisters: Elizabeth Flynt of Pasadena, and Lucille McDonald of Perryton. 5 Grandchildren, 2 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers.
