SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 27, 2005, at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Pampa, Texas, with Rev. C. W. Parker, pastor of the Central Baptist Church of Pampa, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Moffitt was born August 3, 1922 in Hedley, Texas. She married Robert Moffitt on June 18, 1941 in Wheeler. He preceded her in death on November 13, 1988. She had been a resident of Pampa for 40 years, moving to Houston, Texas in 2003, and then to Edmond in 2004. She was a former member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Pampa, and was employed by Marie Foundations in Pampa for 20 years.SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Mary Yost & husband Bill of Edmond, Oklahoma. 3 Sisters: Wanda Frost of Roswell, New Mexico, Janette Stonecipher and Jean Gaither, both of Amarillo, Texas. 3 Grandsons: Randy and Steve & wife Andrea, all of Houston, Texas, and Mark of Waco, Texas.
