BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Webster was born May 17, 1917 in Crescent, Oklahoma. She was a Skellytown resident from 1929 until moving to Pampa in 1937. She worked at the Pampa Army Air Field during World War II, making uniforms for airmen. She married Marvin C. Webster on May 17, 1936 in White Deer. She and her husband farmed for many years until retiring in 1975. Mr. Webster preceded her in death on Dec. 1, 2000, after 64 years of marriage. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, the Faith Sunday School Class, Pampa Chapter #65 Order of the Eastern Star, and Auxiliary of Gideons International, Pampa Camp. She was a volunteer for Pampa Meals on Wheels.SURVIVORS: 1 Son: David Webster of Pampa. 1 Brother: Dr. Merle Johnson of Porterville, California. 3 Grandchildren: Mark Webster & wife Lianne of Fort Worth, Cameron Webster, and Whitney Webster, both of Pampa. 3 Great-Grandchildren.
