SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 21, 2005, at the Miami Cemetery, with Rev. Lance Wood, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Miami, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Skeen was born July 25, 1913 in Atoka, Oklahoma. She married Clyde Skeen on February 25, 1942 in Tucson, Arizona. He preceded her in death on August 29, 1988. She had been a resident of Miami since 1989. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Miami.SURVIVORS: 2 Grandsons: Steven S. Bright of Korea and Wayne Bright of Borger. 1 Daughter-in-Law: Jane Bright of Miami. 4 Great-Grandchildren: Kanani Foster of Amarillo, Malani Muniz of Lubbock, Michael Bright and Marc Bright, both of Phoenix, Arizona. She was preceded in death by a son, Nelson Bright, on August 28, 1998, 6 brothers and 3 sisters.MEMORIALS: to a favorite charity.
