Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Carter was born August 6, 1923 in Gould, Oklahoma. She received a bachelors degree and masters degree from Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She taught school for 33 years, mostly in Lazbuddie. She married Glenn Ray Carter who preceded her in death in 1983. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1983, moving from Cee Vee, Texas.
