SERVICES: 2:00 PM Friday, April 8, 2005, at Central Baptist Church, with Dr. Derrell Monday, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Vernon, and Rev. Rick Parnell, associate pastor of the Central Baptist Church, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Baxter was born February 11, 1924 in Mankins, Texas. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1929. She married Ralph Baxter Sr., on November 23, 1941 in Pampa. He preceded her in death on June 8, 1998. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Central Baptist Church where she prepared bereavement dinners. SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Sherryl Ryan of Houston. 3 Sons: Jerry Baxter of Garland, Kenneth Baxter of Vernon, and Ralph Baxter, Jr., of The Colony. 2 Sisters: Anna Sue Davies of Lake Jackson, Wyona Rorabaugh of Concord, California. 1 Brother: David Enloe of Kingsland. 11 Grandchildren, 14 Great-Grandchildren. MEMORIALS: Central Baptist Church Building Fund, 513 E. Francis, Pampa, Texas 79065.
