BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Baxter was born February 11, 1924 in Mankins, Texas. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1929. She married Ralph Baxter Sr., on November 23, 1941 in Pampa. He preceded her in death on June 8, 1998. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Central Baptist Church where she prepared bereavement dinners. SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Sherryl Ryan of Houston. 3 Sons: Jerry Baxter of Garland, Kenneth Baxter of Vernon, and Ralph Baxter, Jr., of The Colony. 2 Sisters: Anna Sue Davies of Lake Jackson, Wyona Rorabaugh of Concord, California. 1 Brother: David Enloe of Kingsland. 11 Grandchildren, 14 Great-Grandchildren.
