SERVICES: Vigil services will be at 7:00 PM Monday, March 14, 2005, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, and funeral mass will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 15, 2005, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, with Rev. Francisco Perez, pastor of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, officiating.BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. McBride was born January 6, 1913 in Wichita Falls. He married Harriette Hawkins on June 6, 1938. He had been a resident of Pampa for the past 50 years. He owned and operated McBride Plumbing Company for over 50 years. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and the Frank Keim Council of the Knights of Columbus. He was active in the Pampa Optimist Club, serving in various ways. He was a member of the Panhandle Sports Hall of Fame.SURVIVORS: Wife: Harriette McBride of the home. 2 Sons: Michael Joseph McBride of Amarillo, and John Steven McBride of Grandbury. 3 Daughters: Mary Margaret Mayhew of Wichita, Kansas, Patricia Anne Manning of Keller, and Jean Kathleen Browning of New Braunfels. 17 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren.
