BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Ruff was born June 18, 1919 in Sulfur Bluff, Texas. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1946. She married Charlie Ruff on December 23, 1935 in Mobeetie. He preceded her in death on December 27, 1998. She was a member of the Priest Park Church of God.SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Charlene Boissenet of Skellytown. 1 Son: Robert Ruff of Springfield, Missouri. 1 Sister: Ruby Terry of Pampa. 5 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great-Grandson. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Lindell Merrell, and a sister, Vivian Ruff.
