SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005 at Lane Memorial Cemetery in Sunray, with Rev. David Purl, pastor of First United Methodist Church of Sunray, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Gunter was born on May 18, 1938 in Brady, Texas. She married John Harrison on July 18, 1954 in Clayton, New Mexico. He preceded her in death on Aug. 3, 1979. She later married Dick Gunter on Sept. 10, 1988 in Miami. She was a mother and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Gene Harrison in 2005, Carroll Harrison in 1986, and by a daughter, Paula Harrison, in 1975SURVIVORS: Husband: Dick Gunter of the home; 4 daughters: Jodie Finch of Dewey, OK; D'Ann Srader of Shattuck, OK; Susie Barton of Cleburne; and Brenda Holmes of Pampa; a son: Kerry Harrison of Wynnewood, OK; stepson: Rodney Gunter of Higgins; her mother: Bill Cates of Abilene; a brother: Houston Cates of Tishomingo, OK; a sister: Lisa Welzel of Memphis, TN; 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.MEMORIALS: BSA Hospice, 800 N.
