Rick Parnell, associate pastor of Central Baptist Church, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Word was born July 12, 1930 in Maramec, Oklahoma. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1950. She married Roy Conrad Yeager on June 25, 1949 in Eunice, New Mexico. He preceded her in death on April 25, 1961. She later married Thomas J. Word on April 14, 1962 in Sayre, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on March 19, 1994. She was a member of the Central Baptist Church. SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Connie Jo Morrison of Houston. 1 Son: Robert Glen Yeager of Fritch. 2 Sisters: Joan Yeager and Lucybell Duff, both of Canyon. 4 Granddaughters: Angela Faye Warren and Jennifer Anne Sealy, both of Houston, Holly Melissa Yeager of Farmington, New Mexico, and Cherrie Hannan of Charleston, South Carolina. 3 Great-Grandchildren: Kyle Roy Warren and Cassandra Irene Brobst, both of Houston, and Elizabeth Hannan of Charleston, South Carolina. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred T. & Addie A. Welch, and 2 brothers, Roy Glen Welch and Alfred Eugene Welch.
