SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, January 21, 2005, at the Wheeler Cemetery, with Deacon James Conway of the Immaculate Conception Church in Marlow, Oklahoma, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Davis was born August 25, 1930 in Panhandle. He married Lula Jo Babcock on July 3, 1955 in Shamrock. She preceded him in death on May 24, 1988. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1971. He retired from B & L Tank Truck as a truck driver in 1992. He was a member of the First Baptist Church.SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Lynnita Conway of Marlow, Oklahoma. 4 Sons: George Callen of Santa Fe, Texas, Burl Davis and Bryan Davis, both of Pampa, and Shawn Davis of Elm Mott. Mother: Vitula Rose Davis of Amarillo. 6 Sisters: Ruby Brown of Borger, Vineta Weiss of Shamrock, Velma Francis and Linda Hall, both of Amarillo, Betty Kirkland of Pampa, and Johnnie McGee of Sanford. 1 Brother: Odell Davis of Amarillo. 8 Grandchildren, 11 Great-Grandchildren.
